MW2 Resurgence Pack dated

Infinity Ward have confirmed that the second set of DLC for Modern
Warfare 2, the Resurgence Pack, will be winging its way to PC (and PS3)
on the 7th July.
As is sadly becoming more frequently the case, poor old PC gamers are
left waiting while Microsoft lap up the Xbox 360 exclusives for a full
month ahead of everyone else. Modern Warfare 2’s Resurgence Pack
contains three all-new maps, titled Fuel, Trailer Park and Carnival and
two older maps (Strike and Vacant), revived and regenerated for the
latest incarnation.
